How speeches actually fail
The standard prep — write it, memorize it, recite it — is also the standard failure: one slip and there's no fallback. Here you build a frame instead (a hook, one message, a close that lands), speak it fresh every take, and get a read on whether a listener could repeat your message in one sentence. After each speech, a judge asks one question about what YOU said.
The impromptu round — can't be memorized
4 surprise topics, 15s think, up to 2 minutes each. Session report at the end.
